  “I just had One of a Kind Tree Service remove a large, dead evergreen in my backyard and I couldn't be happier with the results or service. The owner Eddie came the same day after I called him and gave me a price quote that was several hundred dollars less than I expected. They came out this morning, cut the tree down, removed it and ground out the stump. The crew, Paul and Steven, were great! They were careful not to damage anything as they worked. Awesome work!”

  “I needed a tree removed ASAP, I took a chance and called this company and they were out to my house in 15 minutes. I don't normally write reviews but you hear so many bad things about companies I just had to write this review.   “I was very impressed with their service! After the storm last night, the lightning struck a huge tree in back of my house and split it in the middle of the trunk straight down. I cannot thank them enough for coming to my home quickly to see the damage and give me an estimate. Paul had all his crew here quickly and stayed until dusk to make sure my home would be safe. Their price, professionalism and work ethic are worth every dollar spent.”

  “Fantastic service. Called and got immediate response. Sent required data and photos, Eddie was out within an hour for estimate. He scheduled the work for the following week but ended up having Friday open so the crew were able to start 2 days after initial call. Everyone was here on time. Professional, polite, respectful employees that took PRIDE in what they were doing.   “Guys are great, hardworking, and quite frankly fearless. They removed two very large trees and several small ones that drowned during the years of high water on Grosse Ile. A cottonwood tree was well over 100 foot tall. Their equipment is state-of-the-art. Work took 3 days and they quoted the day I called. They cleaned up as well as can be expected and exceeded my previous two companies.”

  “I live in Detroit and it is hard to find any company to do a job in my area. I required a tree cut down that was up against my garage and I had requested quotes from two other companies that both passed on it because of where it was located.   “I knew they could do the job from watching them take down huge cottonwood trees at a neighbor's. When Eddie gave me his quote I said yes on the spot. I had three 125-foot dead cottonwoods, one of them leaning out over the river, so it was a complicated process. I worried about those trees for three years but no more.   “Monday I had multiple large limbs from my neighbor's tree fall on my house, porch and yard. Called One of a Kind Tuesday, received my estimate, insurance approved the estimate and Eddie's team arrived Tuesday evening and had the job done within hours. Awesome team, very polite and did a great job cleaning up. I can't even tell my house and yard were buried in tree limbs.”

  “Had a medium tree split and fall on my home knocking down all my utility wires. One call to the owner very early in the morning and actually got an answer, they were here in less than an hour! Received a phenomenal quote and hired them on the spot. Within another hour they were cutting and removing with lightning speed. When they were done they cleaned the entire yard.”

  “Eddie and his crew came out last week and were amazing. They removed a large cottonwood and ground out the stump. I trusted them with my home and family. They have a lift that went into my small yard and I was amazed at the job they did. I would recommend them for any large hazardous tree to be removed.   “On time for estimate and on time showing up to start work. The crew worked tirelessly through cold, stopped only for snow and promptly returned next day. They were careful of wires, fences, houses, hot tub, and even the memorial tree for my mom that was only a sapling — I didn't even mention this to them. They put a marker stick in to watch out for it. They locked up all gates and doors after and were careful of the property.”

  “One of a Kind not only charged less than the other services in the area were bidding, they went above and beyond, trimming some extra branches on a tree nearby that needed it, and removing my two difficult trees with ease. We wanted the wood, so they cut it all into firewood length and piled it where we indicated, but cleaned up all the debris. They were kind, friendly, and quick.”

  “One of a Kind Tree Services was absolutely exceptional. Eddie, the owner, gave a more than fair price. When my wife got sick and was in a hospital, he waited until I could make sure the family was healthy to begin the project. As soon as I gave the go-ahead his team was there the next day. Three trees cut down and stumps ground, a large branch pruned and all the wood taken away. These guys are compassionate, caring and extremely professional.”

  “Had a handful of different companies come out and quote removing a 40-ish foot maple tree next to my garage. One of a Kind came in with the lowest bid but had immediate availability compared to others being 3-4 weeks out. Crew did a great clean up, and were methodical in their removal process. Spent their time removing piece by piece.”
