    Describe what you are looking at. Photos texted to the office line help enormously — they let us bring the right equipment the first time. If it is urgent, say so first and we will route it that way.

    We come out and walk it with you

    Free, and usually fast — same-day estimates are routine Downriver. We check the root flare, trunk and canopy, and tell you what we actually see, including when the honest answer is that your tree is fine.

    You get the price in writing

    A written scope covering what comes out, what stays, what happens to the wood, and whether stump grinding is included. No pressure to decide on the spot, and the insurance certificate before anyone starts an engine.

    We schedule and clean up

    Work happens when it suits you. Brush chipped and hauled, logs removed, lawn raked, drive and walks blown clean — then we walk it with you before the truck leaves.

What is the fastest way to reach you?
Call the office line. It is answered during business hours and it is the number the owner and the crews work from. Texting photos of the tree to that number helps us quote accurately and send the right equipment the first time.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We come out, walk the trees with you, and give you a written price with no obligation and no pressure. If the honest answer is that your tree does not need to come out, we will tell you that and go home.
What information should I have ready?
Your address, roughly how many trees and how big, what you want done, and whether there are wires, structures or fences nearby. Photos from a few angles are enormously helpful. If it is an emergency, say so first.
Do you work weekends?
The office is open seven days a week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Emergency situations are handled outside those hours as the schedule allows — call and tell us what you are dealing with.
